Effective immediately we are informing all of Combustion Technologies users, customers, racers, and corporate associates of the following:

This is the formal announcement of the departure of Mr. Tim Charlet effective October 30, 2010. We would like to wish Tim well in his pursuit of other opportunities. If there is any concern of current business in process, prior commitments, or any questions regarding this announcement please contact the company at the above telephone numbers.

It has also come to our attention there is a need for clarification as to commitments, relationships between some parties and companies.

·         All racing sponsorships are contracted and in place and no more will be issued for calendar 2010. We will honor and fulfill all commitments previously approved.

·         Any and all racing sponsorships for the future will be decided by year end 2010 for calendar year 2011 and must be approved in writing by our corporate officers. Any verbal commitments previously made and not approved or authorized by executive staff in writing are not valid or committed to today, nor at anytime in the future. If in writing and committed it will be honored.

·         Combustion Technologies and its brands not limited to Clean Boost and Mettle Armor are of one entity and have NO business ownership or affiliation with CRX Media LLC., except for press and previous web development purchased type services.

·         There is no affiliation or ownership between any other company in regards to Combustion Technologies and its brands. It is a 100% privately owned company with its own management structure, staff, and board.

·         Any internet web postings not containing the contact information of posting party and recognition of the company and the posting parties’ position within the company, and its brand are strictly prohibited and are not to be considered as endorsements or from Combustion Technologies or its brands. Any and all protections and avenues of enforcement will be pursued by the company.

·         Any use of logos, trademarks, copyrights, images, and other company materials or documentation owned by Combustion Technologies is strictly prohibited without prior consent and written release afforded under US law and will not be tolerated.
