Product Description:
CleanBoost 70W Racing Oil™ is specifically blended for nitro-methane and methanol fuel burning engine applications. Using Z-Alt™ Infused Moly™-based technology, and contains no Solvents, Plastics, Graphites, Borons, Teflons or Chlorines. CleanBoost 70w is engineered to improve initial start-up wear protection and reduce friction providing improved efficiency for 1,000 to 8,000 horse power engines. Visual inspection and oil analysis has proven, when using CleanBoost Oil, reduced piston skirt, cylinder wear and bearing deformation are achieved and component life can be extended longer. Reduced oxidation on the oil will also allow for longer engine and component life, particularly when cylinder wash-down occurs.

CleanBoost 70w Racing Oil is designed to treat and protect the moving parts of an internal engine. Although most oils in the market place create a film bearer between moving parts, CleanBoost Oils increase the film strength as much as 10-times the leading oil being used in today’s racing market. Pressures inside your engine from high-compression applications, big lift camshafts and higher RPM’s can create bearing and journal wear ending in catastrophic failure while trying to qualify for race day. With CleanBoost on your side, your race team can focus on other crucial issues which will be the deciding factors on race day. Using Z-Alt’s™ Infused Moly™ technology, will reduce friction, create a better film strength and reduce operating temperatures in your high horse power engines. Most importantly, it will help save money on expensive internal engine parts replacement.
Z-Alt 10x Metal Treatment using Z-Alt™ Infused Moly™-based technology can help with the reduction of ZDDP’s in today’s engine oils. Our Clean Boost™ Metal Treatment contains stabilizing anti-oxidants and very unique metal deactivators to assure that Clean Boost™ Metal Treatment performs well in both engine and gear oil applications without changing the chemical make-up of the oil.
The oil acts like a delivery truck carrying the Z-Alt 10X Metal Treatment to the asperities of the metals and forming a covalent, galvanic bond to the metal allowing a 2 to 4 micron penetration into the metal, creating less friction and heat. Our Metal Treatment does not layer the metal or put a film over the top of the metal, rather it is designed to penetrate into the metal working with ferrous particulates within the oils environment; treating the metal, not the oil.

CleanBoost 70wt Racing Oil in Kristen Wootton’s A/Fuel Dragster.
* The bearing on the left is using CleanBoost 70wt oil after Kristen’s first pass where she smoked the tires to about the 330' mark.
* The bearing on the right is from a quick tire smoker on another A/Fuel Dragster where the driver lifted right after the car went up in smoke using a leading synthetic racing oil.
Racing teams agree, when using CleanBoost 70w Racing Oil with Z-Alt™ Infused-Moly™ based technology in their high horse power engines, wear debris and engine wear are reduced as well as temperatures and acid build up. Diesel engines in trucking and mining also benefit from reduce wear allowing the equipment to last longer, operate smoother and reduce oil change intervals.
More Testing in Vegas at NHRA National Event 4-17-2010
In Las Vegas, Nevada, the staff at Combustion Technologies USA, LLC tested their CleanBOOST® PERFORMANCE RACING OILS Z-Alt 10X Oil Booster in a very competitive NHRA A/Fuel Dragster, who currently uses a leading name brand ‘Mineral Based’ 70 wt Racing Oil.
This test began with a controlled run, during the first qualifying session on Friday early afternoon. In the controlled test, we used his current lubricant set up. Using 13 quarts of their base oil, 1 quart of a stabilizer and 1 quart of a Zinc-heavy Additive, this created the traditional blend this team has used for a few years. All parts, (Pistons, Bearings and Rods) were brand new for this pass. The end results of this first pass are noted in the first piston shown titled (WITHOUT CLEANBOOST). This piston came from cylinder number 1. There was very little damage done to the engine, however the piston showed significant and typical square bore skirt wear next to the pin bosses. And as you can see in this picture, there was significant skirt wear from heat build up from parasitic drag below the oil ring. Bearing wear was also significant as we have noted in previous tests.

We pulled the entire rack of pistons, rods and bearings and put in a fresh pack into the engine for our 2nd test, which took place in hotter conditions on Saturday early afternoon. For this test, we used the base oil, but increased the volume to 14 quarts of 70 wt Oil and we added 16 oz of our Z-Alt 10X Infuzed Moly Oil Booster, giving us similar volume of ‘lubricants’ to this same engine, same oil pump and same tune-up. Without all of the chemistries added and fighting for lubrication real estate, the zinc alternative properties in the Z-Alt 10x all by its self provided better oil film strength and a stronger boundary layer between metal surfaces. The results of this test are clearly shown in the second picture indicated as WITH CleanBoost. This piston also came from cylinder number 1. You can see the difference in the two, as reduced piston skirt is obvious, cylinder wear was also reduced as was bearing and crank shaft wear. The car also improved by nearly a tenth of a second in elapsed time from their previous run. You can also see the ’shine’ on the piston left from the Infuzed Moly still bonded to the piston.

With Clean Boost 70W™
This noticeable difference was due to only 16 oz of our 10X Oil Booster. The results of having the same Infuzed-Moly based technology in our CleanBoost™ 70 wt Nitro/Alcohol Racing Oil are more impressive.
